Not anymore. Signs split the sky into twelve equal parts starting from the spring equinox. Because of precession, the constellations of the same name have drifted by about one sign in two thousand years. Western astrology follows the seasons, not the constellations.

The Sun does cross the constellation Ophiuchus, but the zodiac of signs has twelve 30° sectors tied to the seasons. Ophiuchus is not one of them, so it does not change your sign.

The Sun changes sign at a precise moment, which varies from year to year. With your date, time and place, the calculation settles it. Without a time, both possible signs are shown on the day of the change.
