Earth Sun · Fire ascendant

Taurus with Sagittarius rising

Deep down: constancy, sensuality, grounding. At first glance: freedom, optimism, horizon.

Your deeper nature: Sun in Taurus

You build for the long run, with a keen sense of the tangible, of beauty and of what feels good. The Sun tells what drives you deep down, what you always come back to. In Taurus, it gives you: reliability, patience, an eye for beauty. Your Sun is in a fixed sign: you like to go deep, hold on, see things through.

Your first impression: Sagittarius rising

The ascendant colours your style, your bearing, the way you walk into a room. People sense an openness and enthusiasm in you that make them want to follow you into the next adventure. Facing the unknown, you see the adventure first: your confidence opens doors that caution would have left shut.

How the two fit together

Fire and Earth move at two speeds: one wants to leave, the other to build. In tune, they give an energy that goes far and lasts. A fixed sign and a mutable sign: stability and flexibility. You hold your course while knowing when to change it.

In love and friendship

At the start of a relationship, others first notice your drive. Then your Sun shows through: you love with constancy and sensuality. Trust builds slowly with you, but once given, it is solid.

At work

You build step by step, with method and stamina. You know how to turn an idea into a tangible, lasting result. Your Sagittarius ascendant adds its touch: freedom, optimism, horizon.

Watch points

Two possible pitfalls: resisting change out of comfort, and running from what confines you, even when it helps. When pressure rises, come back to the concrete, with a simple task, your body or a steady rhythm.

A portrait drawn from two points only: the Moon, Venus, Mars and your Enneagram type add a lot of nuance.
